Step 1: Submit an inquiry form. Be sure to include in your message the following:
-The address in which your event will be held
-Date & time desired
-Indoor or Outdoor Event
-Package/ rental equipment desired
-Full Name and contact telephone number
and any other information you would like us to know.
Step 2: Within 2 business days you will receive a response, quote and or invoice.
Step 3: We will finalize your order, required documents must be signed and a 20% NON-REFUNDABLE (but transferable) deposit must be received to guarantee your date. The remaining invoice balance can be paid upon arrival, (Day of) Cash or Zelle
THAT'S IT, YOUR DATE IS CONFIRMED AND YOU WILL BE ALL SET TO PARTY!
Acceptable forms of payment: Debit/Credit, Apple Pay, Cash or Zelle

CANCELLATION: (Please read carefully)
We understand that unexpected things happen. ALL Cancellations including those due to weather, or emergencies will result in a ($75) Cancellation Fee that will be deducted from your payment. The remainder of your payment will be refunded to you within 3-5 business days. If your payment is less than $75 you will then forfeit your payment made and NO refund will be issued.
Rescheduling: We will be happy to assist you in rescheduling. Rescheduled dates are subject to availability, you can reschedule once. Your deposit is transferable.
No paperwork can be handled the day of your event. However, a copy of your valid Drivers License or State ID will be taken upon delivery.
