Yes we offer event planning and decorating services for weddings, baby showers, graduation party's, bridal showers, private date nights, etc. We also offer catering, private chef services and customized snacks such as chip bags water bottles etc.  

Cute crawlers up to tenacious toddlers (specifically 1-5 years old) are the appropriate age groups. 

Each piece of our equipment (including every ball pit ball), toys, gates, etc.) is thoroughly sanitized and disinfected after each use, utilizing a non-toxic, fragrance-free, residue-free cleaner which kills 99% of ALL harmful bacteria, viruses, mold,, fungus, and germs.

We service all of the Inland Empire as well as neighboring cities. For all other cities, please reach out to us so we can determine whether we can accommodate. Unfortunately with the high increase on fuel we are forced to apply a minimum $25 delivery fee to every order.

We're equipped to set up in both indoor and outdoor. Just NOT in rainy or damp weather as our soft play equipment may become slippery and unsafe for children to use. Also all soft play setups and bumper cars MUST be placed on a flat, dry surface and CANNOT BE MOVED once setup.

Yes, we can set up at a public place such as a park, beach, etc. However, you are responsible to obtain any permits or clearance needed. The renter will be responsible for any fees or fines. 

All dry soft play packages include 4 hours of equipment use. We will arrive to setup approximately 1-2 hours prior to your event start time and we will pick up the equipment 4 hours after your start time.  Water soft play are all day rentals.

Don't worry, we've got you covered. Items such as the popcorn and snow cone machine will be setup at the time of delivery. If you are in need of an attendant to operate the machines during your event, we can help you with that as well. 

Yes, once your time has started if you need additional time please let us know as soon as possible. (If there is another rental booked, we may not be able to accommodate the request) For dry soft play setups additional time will be $45.00 per hour. Each additional hour rate will vary depending on the package. 

Yes, we are fully licensed and insured in the State of California. Copies of our license and insurance are available upon request. There is an additional charge to be added as an additional insured to our policy. 

Your date is confirmed only once you have signed the required documents and made your 20% deposit for your package or rental items.
